The restaurant is clean. The food was standard Taco Bell quality. I ordered at a kiosk inside the store. It took approximately... 12 minutes for the clerk to inform me that there was no ground beef. I understand that sometimes food runs out. I'm not sure whyit took over 10 minutes to get to my order there were only a couple of other people in the restaurant. Got the order home andeverything was incorrect. My granddaughter's quesadilla had the spicy sauce on it and she really couldn't eat it. I would give less than one star if I could. They didn?t give me a receipt after going back twice. They still didn?t get my order... right the second time. I was super chill about it but the second time was beyond annoying. My fries were cold. I?m so sad lol Read more
Woroww they royally messed up this place. 2 cars 2 people in each drive through. 15-20 min wait. Inside closed. For that long of... a wait, i expect fresh food. The orders were messed up, possibly dropped two mexican pizzas, the beans and beef were dry, hardcrumbly on all items in both cars. Said they "ran out of rice" but made a burrito full of one in the car after mine. Sauce wasdried. I added sour creme and chipotle, not found. No lettuce on anything. The food was good but they always seem to get something in the order wrong. We ordered two classic combos, one with chips and... cheese and the other with cinnamon crisps. Both had chips and cheese. Didn't feel like going back, but it's really annoying thatthey can't get an order right! Read more
Got there at 12:42 AM, 18 minutes before closing and there was no one on the microphone at the drive thru. So I pulled up to the... window and the cashier does not acknowledge me. I stood around a couple minutes trying to get his attention but to no avail. If you're dining in and used the kiosk to make you order, follow up with the staff to ensure that your order isn't overlooked.... They prioritize the drive thru over the dine in customers and don't prepare the order. It's happened twice and the 2nd timeanother dine in customer who was also waiting didn't get their order and had to ask for it. Read more
Only for pick ups, man they can take a lottttt of time making orders. Up to 20 min per car most of the times. Only 1 out of 10... they work decent fast. Read more
