Good evening I stop by the Popeyes 15 min. Ago Order 5 piece tender combo with mashed potatoes and a doctor pepper drink and 3... piece chocolate beignet true the drive the gentleman said that it will take 5 min for the desert I said ok came to the window,and no Dr. Pepper I took 7up waited and he hand me my order. Got home ready to eat my meal and to my surprise I got a totallydifferent order chicken sandwich, mash potatoes, fries and Mac and cheese!!! How difficult it is to give out the right Order???This is the second time this has happened, I call 8 different times to complain but NO answer!!! What a shame Now you will loosa customer! After leaving a youth basketball tournament a few coaches and several players stopped by Popeyes to eat. While eating we were... subject to listening to the employees carry on conversation and constantly use profanities and obscene language. It was so badthat we decided to get up and leave without finishing our meals. There was absolutely no respect or care for us as customers.Owners/Management need to address this. This is for the location on 402 South Weber Road!!! Everything was all over the place and ran out. Order and money took fast and... the outcome no food. The general manager and regular manager which was both females (Becky?s) was very rude ,disrespectful ,nonchalant, and most of all very sickening to me very argumentative with me once I politely requested for my money back due tothem not having over half of my order. This is by far the worst location I ever been to and it?s sad because they just opened amonth ago and it?s going down sadly. Before I got to the windows the cars in front of me where driving off before they got theirorders and now I understand why. Worst customer service long line wait to be then disappointed with your order not beingavailable once at the window and being argued down for requesting money back. Never will return; I?m good luv!!! When it comesto dealing with the public and their nasty attitudes and argumentative ways they should take trainings and be careful especiallywith all these mass shootings that are accruing. I hate this Popeyes. Like legit hate. It is ran by kids who could scare less about customer service. I ordered the two can dine... meal. I asked for mild with both my sides as fries. I waited for what seemed like forever behind two cars before getting to thewindow. When I pull up to the window the kid asked me if the meal I ordered was the two can dine and I confirmed. He took mycard for payment and then proceeded to tell me they only have white meat and if that was ok. I was annoyed but in the time Iwaited I said it was fine. As I waited for my meal the kid turns to his co-workers and was very loud and obnoxious talking aboutpersonal business. He steeped away from the window and did not return my card, proceeding to talk to the other workers inside.He finally returned with my card and I continued to wait for food. I was thanked when I did finally get my food. I left. Gethome and my of 5 pieces of chicken is only 4 and all breasts. Last I checked wings were considered light/white meat and I didn?tget one. The service here is always lackluster since it opened and this was the last time I visit this location. By the way thechicken was burnt and super greasy. Disgusting. Read more
This is for the newer Popeyes on Weber. I bought this food around 845 pm today. This food isn't fit for a wild animal. Clearly... old and cooked again. Ibadvise the staff to at some point please think about quality. Just close early if you are unable to giveedible food. I just threw it in the garbage. Read more
I?ve been to this location few times and it?s seems like they get worse every time. I gave 2 stars because the sides are very... good and I didn?t have to wait long for my meal but they were out of many drinks and my nuggets are not fully cooked. Verydisappointed! Read more
This popeyes here is the best one ive been to. Chicken here is juicy , they season their food good , and their food is fresh and... hot. Came on my lunch break around 11am , i see all the bad reviews but my food was actually good. I would recommend coming tothis one! Read more
