Food it's OK. Service is bad, bad, bad. They do not call for my food, i submit the order by my self so I grab a number and take... to my table so they can see which my table is, so I assume they bring the food to my table, thats the reason I have a number onmy table, time pass so, i went to the clerk and asked what was happening with my food and she said, o this is your food., thatfood was cold. One time I asked them to remake a small fry that a different McDonald?s gave me because it was soggy / had no salt and the... manager was so weird and cagey about it, told me I needed to go back to the one and it?s a different franchise yada yada yada...I just wanted a new $1 small fry, I had a receipt. I?m literally a supervisor at a different fast food chain and would never dothat lol it felt like they were being cheap/petty. So I ordered a chicken sandwich and as you can see my bread was extra toasted, the chicken was super dry it looked old and the... fries where so burned they looked brown. They had no napkins, no ketchup nothing for you to get you had to ask for everything. Read more

These kids are going to run the place into the ground. Every time I go (which isn?t often), I greet them- they do not greet, I... say thank you - they close the window on my face without saying anything. They are so rude and have a way of being rude to eventhe most unproblematic customers.. I literally give them nothing but smiles and they are always so rude and have no customerservice whatsoever. I never write reviews but this McDonald?s is always screwing up food, either overcooking fries, putting yourfood together sloppily or missing items. I won?t return here again .. as someone who worked for McDonald?s as a teen I can?tbelieve how downhill the expectations have gone but some of them need to be trained again. Ordered a filet o fish meal with fresh fries cooked to order. Usually I have to request fresh fries again because they will... still give you old fries Regardless so I learned to actually check them before I leave the window. Usually I?m asked to wait inthe lot so they can bring out fresh fries. One occasion I pulled off and after 10 minutes Called to let them know I?ve beenwaiting and the lobby was closed, the manager was so rude and said well you kept the fries!! Knowing I was told to wait for thefresh ones and not asked for the old ones, some places tell you to keep them. I had to get in mine again and wait I my to get myfresh fries and of course no apologies. My whole order as cold now after all that time. As for my fish filet, the picture speaksfor itself. They were to last to add another slice of cheese. I could not scrap melted cheese off the card board. Poor quality.I had to add my own cheese from home. Read more

I literally just left this place because I didn?t tolerate terrible customer service at the Dairy Queen down the street. I... walked in and a guy and his kid are finishing laying for their order. The cashier asks someone if they can go on break while Iam standing in line. She walks away and no one else comes to the counter to replace her. I give it 2-3 minutes and no one elsesteps up or steps in her place. So I turn around and order from the kiosk, if you know their kiosk system then you know it givesa regular receipt plus it tells you to type in the locator number on the side of you. I put the locator number in and have aseat. Seconds later I hear 864, the young lady behind the counter has my ice cream cone in her hand and as I am approaching herthen sits it down on the counter where they distribute orders in bags. I obviously have a look of disgust on my face, So much sothat the manager saw all of this and when we made eye contact he reached his hand out to grab the cone and remade me anotherone. Shame on these kids and their lack of respect for others. I heard the other kids whispering what was wrong and the managerinformed them. I?m absolutely disgusted. I have been going to this McDonald?s for a few months and have not experienced this before (to my... knowledge). I open my meal and see someone has taken a bite out of my food and placed it in the box. When calling the generalmanager she simply stated that can?t happen here because we don?t allow our employees to eat while they work on the food line.When asked how they could possibly keep an eye on their employees at all times to see if they take a bite out of food she saidshe?s constantly watching them. That is not the case obviously. I told her I don?t want a refund and don?t have time to returnmy food because I?m only given an hour break with 20min of that time spent commuting. She said she will check the cameras andapologized, but did not seem genuine. I want what everyone else wants, health guidelines put in place, especially during apandemic. Simply the best McDonald's near me. Very clean, fast and friendly service. Most of the McDonald's in my area has undergone... remodeling recently, and I think this one got a very good architect. It has a cozy friendly atmosphere, making it a favoritestop for seniors, who sometimes come in groups. I stop by every now and then on my way home from the gym. If you order from theself-order kiosk they even bring your food to your table. However, if you don't see lines in the counter, I'd go there for afaster, more personalized service. The self order kiosk can be confusing and makes you think a lot on which button to pressnext. It needs reprogramming to make it more user friendly. I see not too many people use it. Read more
