Freaky fast ??..freaky slow they mean,not happy with my delivery at all it arrived 1 hr and 25 min late when promised 18... min?.when we called to ask about our order no one was picking up and to top it off it said the order was delivered when itwasn?t delivered. jimmy John?s will not refund you the money either. Not freaky fast... I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a sandwich from JJs...until now. The manager doesn't seem to... care and jokes around with the kids working here without a care. Also the lettuce had brown spots... Read more
I enjoy a Jimmy John's sandwich once in a while if it prepared to taste. I gave this location four stars. The best location is... in Hyde Park because my sandwiches are always made perfectly with just enough spices. Every bite was very flavorable. Probablybecause she took her time and made that sandwich as if she was making it for herself. ?? Read more
Do NOT order from this Jimmy Johns! I ordered a sandwich to be delivered. After 35 mins I checked in for an update, they said... it was on the way. After an hour I called again. They said they didn't know what happened. I asked for a refund and they saidthe owner would have to do that. I've left FIVE messages for the owner, still no refund. If they are willing to steal fromtheir customers, I can only imagine how well they take care of their food. I see the response below to respond to the store'sowner, but it also says you ARE the owner. Please clarify. Read more
