This is one of worst subways ever!!! NOT ONLY IS THE BREAD HARD BUT WHEN YOU ADD EXTRA CHEESE THEY DONT GIVE IT TO YOU AND MAKE... SURE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!! I called and talk to a kids named hunter and he was very nasty gave me a wrong number to talk tothe manager and than when I called back he stated the manager said not to give you her number!!! This is very unprofessional andvery sad that they don?t care about there customers that give them business!! SHOULD BE Under new management!!! Get rid of allthe unprofessional kids!!!! Read more
Haven't gone back after the manager who started she was going to be the new manager at the place started judging me about my... place of work and went and told me about her experience at the company I work at and she judged me for my age for being amanager which my name tag showed. She was busier judging me than making my sandwich and she even messed it up at that and shedid not seem to care. Read more
I am a regular customer at the Rome City subway. Today we went there and about five minutes in, they began to get very busy.... Their were three people working, and the two girls working were making Victor do it all. Not bothering to come out and help, andacting Like they didn't want to help when he asked for it. This Subway is horrible!! I have gone twice in the last 2 weeks. I was hoping the 1st time was just a bad day. Nope! Both... times the the bread has been unchewable. Like it was made then reheated in the microwave. I have asked for little sauce andthen they squeeze the whole bottle on the sandwich. The sandwich itself is oozing so much sauce that you can't east it withoutgetting it everywhere. The service was terrible. They were more concerned with a previous customer who bought 3 sandwiches andseveral drinks filling up her own Yeti cup with ice and water (since they didn't have any water cups and wanted to charge $1.89for a cup) that I had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich several times. Saying we don't make the rules we just enforcethem. How about being good a making sandwiches that cost $10. I didn't even want to mark a star. This used to be a place Iwould visit 3 times a week. Love subway. Always seem to have fresh ingredients. And not too bad for you
