Drive thru order was not what I ordered. Was charged almost $3 for a 4 piece nugget when I ordered a kids meal and did not get... it. Didn?t not get the plastic wear for a ordered salad. Did not get any dipping sauces for any of the orders of nuggets whenasked what kind of dipping sauces twice. Was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with just 2 vehicles in front of me. I like Wendy's. I don't eat fast food very often, but I like a lot of what Wendy's offers...baked potatoes, salads, and the... Dave's double burger.... I like that you don't have to have American cheese, you can upgrade to a better cheese. And I love thechocolate Frostyccino!!! Read more
Tables were dirty, bunch of young people came in. One ordered food and others (6 or 7) only ordered drinks. Kept refilling... glasses at soda machine every few minutes. Kept moving from table to table. Shoved a chair at my table and hit me in the arm. Iam 73 years old and my 91 year old mother was with me. Management should be able to control patrons better. Their endlessrefills are driving prices up for other people. Probably won't be going there much, even though it used to be almost a dailystop for us. Very disappointed. Read more

Waited 20 mins for curbside went in and I was told it would be out shortly. The nice kid (I think he works grille) apologized,... offered me a drink and was really helpful. The girl with the dark hair and glasses had an attitude and promised it?d be outsoon. Waited another 35 and it never came out. I went back in and the new manager on duty said he had no clue what I was talkingabout and that he couldn?t find it. I showed him the receipt and he started to make it. The kid on grille came out from the backand was super nice and said that it must?ve been messed up again or something and that he?s sorry. Even if their system messedthey should?ve remembered I was waiting and seen me from the window. The girl in the back stared at me when I explained to themanager she said it was on its way but she never came up to explain what happened or to tell him I was waiting when she was theone I talked to about the issue. I love Wendy?s but I?ll probably never eat here again. I could?ve waited no problem but 45 minsfor a couple double stacks and a drink is just insane. The manager gave me a frosty which was nice of him but an hour is toolong to sit in your 70 degree car waiting for a service that?s supposed to be fast. Read more
The food was thrown together. It was not busy. So I don't know why it was like that. I had to wait. So they gave me a number to... put on my table. When they brought the food the frirs where Luke warm at best. And over cooked. And hamburger was a mess. No wayto pick up and eat.
