Very poor service at blk river Blvd half my order when I got home went through drive thru and was cold server eating Fry's... handing my order and I live 4 min from restaurant this place has gone down hill fast !! Read more
Only ordered a couple of times and while the service was great, in comparison to the Maccas I'm used to in Australia, it is... underwhelming. The buns used are often dry/hard and don't taste as good. They're great if you just need a quick bite andanything will do, but sadly that's about all in my personal opinion. Read more
Such a slooow drive thru. Even with two lanes. I've stopped there a number of times. When it's like that double check the order... they give you. Just stopped last Saturday after 8pm small line in the drive thru but nothing has changed just as slow anddysfunctional as ever. We ended up leaving the line since our order wasn't taken after 20 min and went across the street. Read more
Modifying my review. I spent 44 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for my mobile order that they lost and then made but it... was somehow cold after all this and I am left supremely dissatisfied. Like how it its cold when i had to wait that long? Was Iwaiting for it to get cold before I could eat? Why???????? Read more
I don't normally leave reviews however I placed my order at 6:50 p.m. for a Filet-O-Fish sandwich. Made it to the pick up window... at 7:26 p.m. I stated that I hoped my food was still hot and fresh after waiting so long. She hastily handed me a bag to which Ifound was the completely wrong order. Upon letting her know, she snatched the bag out of my hand and told me I could go eatelsewhere. I asked to speak to a manager who ended up being just as rude. I asked for my money to be refunded to my card as wellas for their names so I could call their corporate office and make a formal complaint. The manager refused to give names but Iam still going to call, not that I think it will do anything anyway. As someone who works in nursing I more than understandbeing short-staffed as well as being extremely busy, however, waiting 36 minutes for one sandwich and them still not getting itright is bad business. Then to receive the attitude and disrespect I received is unacceptable and I will no longer be givingthem any of my business. Read more
2nd in line for the drive through... Took 20 minutes to place the order. Then another 15 minutes to get the food... If my wife... wasn't pregnant and wanted a LG fry from this place... I could have made them faster my self. Read more
