Food is definitely worth the price. Everything was good, fresh, hot and well seasoned; from the fried green tomatoes, fried... gizzards, to the crab cakes and fried liver. This was our first time but will definitely be back when we are in the area. Willtry the shrimp and wings next time. This is my first time eating here. I got my order to go, Philly cheese steak with fries and a order of fried mushrooms. The... staff was very polite and on point with service. Cheesecake bites were brought around to the costumers while I was there. When Igot back to work and opened my meal I was very pleased with the quality of food and even more pleased with the taste. Stopped by for lunch we were not at all disappointed. The staff were very gracious and attentive made you happy to be here. We... shared the Shrimp Po Boy and Philly Cheesesteak. The Shrimp Po Boy was amazing it was cooked to perfection, the bread was sweetand crunchy with delicious sauce and lettuce tomato. I will definitely be back for this! The Philly Cheesesteak was sotasty seasoned to perfection with green peppers, onions, and red peppers the cheese was perfect just melting in the layers offlavors. I have been here quite a few times and every time the food is on point! Their staff is very eager to serve which is refreshing. ... The owner knows how to run a clean restaurant. Today I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was huge! Very filling andactually unique flavor with whatever spice they are putting on it as well as pickles that are not common on most salads. Ok we've been here twice. We are very pleased with the portions, the price, and the service. That kid at the register is great... and will become a business owner one day. I ordered the fried green tomatoes and couldn't believe how much was on the plate. Theshrimp are huge! My wife got the livers and gizzard, just look at the portions. First time, was really impressed. I forgot to take pictures until after we'd eaten half of our food, so there was twice as much.... WAY more than we expected for the price. Fried green tomatoes were incredible, especially with the remolade. Chicken livers weremoist, crab cakes were cooked well. Red beans and rice were surprisingly delicious (I have high standards for Cajun food, mostplaces don't come close). Definitely a new favorite lunch/dinner choice. Read more
