The girl who took my order had no idea what she was doing. Told my order was 15 or so $ then I got to the window and added a... drink then my price was 10 or so $ turns out she had changed my order from a combo to 2 fries and 2 drinks. So I started overwith my whole order and it rang up 17 or so $ which sounded about right. Asked to go around and wait. Brought my order out andthey brought out 2 fries. It was a mess. I have been to this location quite a few times since their opening, but have to say that this most recent experience was... extremely lackluster. Normally, I'm greeted by smiling faces & warm personalities. On my most recent visit, I can say that hadthis been my initial experience, I would never return. I waited at the counter for an unusual period of time. Long was the waitbefore there was even an acknowledgement of my presence. I understand people get busy, but a simple, "We'll be with you in amoment", will work wonders. After ordering, my food came quickly, but I'd have preferred to wait longer, if it meant my foodwould have been warm. Nothing I received was warm, but was quite cold. The tables had not been wiped off. They weren't filthy,but all had crumbs that required my wiping them off before sitting. They served the order wrong twice, as if they could care less. The staff had their own music blaring in the back, louder than... the corporate music and it wasn't something everybody would want to hear. Also staff were hollering to each other and laughingvery loud instead of in a reasonable volume. If I based my recommendation to others on Saturday's trip I would say "Don't gothere." Read more
I refuse to go back to this Popeyes until this one guy doesn?t work their anymore. No reason why I shouldn?t want to go to a... restaurant because I know if I do I have to deal with an employee doing the most and me being uncomfortable . He whispered?bitch? to my sister.. gets the orders & drinks wrong after asking you your order 3 times. My chicken sandwich wasn?t done inthe middle. A hot mess! I made a mistake and ate here again. My food was old and nasty. Everything was hard! The Mac and cheesewas absolutely disgusting. I ordered a 8 count nugget and asked for sweet heat sauce. The person with me ordered a chickensandwich and PAID for sauce. We only received sauce for the chicken sandwich meal but the employees insisted on arguing with usabout how she can?t give us no more sauce for the 8 count other than the 2 that comes with the meal.. we continued to explainthat we didn?t get any and the 2 workers continued to argue that they put sauce in the bag. This location & certain employees shouldn't even be associated with the Popeyes brand period. Amazingly terrible &... unprofessional service. They completely forgot about making our order. An unethical, unsanitary, & foul-mouthed employee namedSierra, who claims she "controls everything", treats customers in a disgusting manner. She flat out lied about her position,yelled profanity & threats at a pregnant woman, & denied any details about who is in mgmt for this location. You can tell thiswas normal activity from her as their was no remorse, care, & the utmost disrepect we have ever encountered. Unless you don'tcare about actually receiving the correct items in your order or even receiving your order period, then don't risk your time ormoney here. Chicken overfried and not fresh. Sides of rice and beans and macaroni and cheese and coleslaw not good. Ordered 3 large sides... but got 3 small sides. Would've been nice if they told me they were out of large containers. Employees weren't bad but you cantell whoever is managing doesn't care. Never will patronize them ever again. Read more
Tried to get food for work. I said in line for about 15 minutes so I was running late ordered shrimp, chicken, red beans and... rice, mashed potatoes. After I finally got my food I tried to hurry and get to work when I got there I realized all I had waseight biscuits in my bag. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. I'll never go here again. Outrageously bad service. I can understand incompetence or apathy, but it almost feels like malice. Complete contempt for their... customers. It is clear that this location is not managed. In the future I will go across the street to the golden arches or evendrive 15 minutes further across town to the other Popeye's location because it would still be quicker than languishing in thisuncaring drive thru that you cannot escape.
