First visit here since they opened, and will likely be my last. I've been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes... 25 minutes... past my pickup time. I still have no food. Cars are wrapped around the building, and I have no idea what the holdup is. This isridiculous. If you're that short staffed, adjust the pickup times!!! Read more
Food is excellent but service is worst I've seen. Ordered 2 sandwiches and it took over 30 minutes to get. 6 ladies came in... behind me and 4 of them had their food before me. I think they fix the quickest sandwiches first which is not right. Complainedto the manager and she said couldn't help what they done in the kitchen. She offered a cookie and a drink to make up for mebeing there so long and I told her I didn't have 30 more minutes to wait on it. LOL Read more
Food wise everything is great. I've never had a bad meal from here. The service and dinning room however is a different story.... Wait time to order has always been long and waiting for the food to arrive to our table even longer. Everytime I walk in thedining room is covered with dirty tables and no employees upfront. They all come out from the back eventually. There's not manyplaces to sit because all the tables have leftover food and dirty plates on them. No one wants to eat next to someone's else'strash and leftovers. I saw one employee clean off ONE table the whole time I was there and by clean off he just grabbed theleftover plate and walked away. No wipe down whatsoever. This will be my final time eating in at McAlister's of Rome. Read more
Other than the chicken Cesar wrap lacking any significant amount of chicken the food & drinks were tasty.
Have visited a few times to this location. Both times were amazing staff and delicious food. We have tried the salads and spuds.... The Club, New Yorker, and French Dips are top notch. Highly recommend!!! Read more
Ordered chili on 1/23/22. It was a very small container for the price and no crackers but look at the picture for the real... problem! It was a bowl of grease and not edible. Never again! Guess they don?t care, they never responded to this mess! Read more
Ooops! I think they forgot us! Took a half hour to get our dine in order, 2 sandwiches, we asked how long till ready, got it 5... minutes later. Another customer had to ask for hers too. I had the BLT-A, DELICIOUS! Scott had a Rueben, we didn't realize "spud chips" was a glorified name for a bag of chips, I reccomend ordering a different side. If we go back, we will not ordersandwiches most likely, we will try the stuffed potatoes. Read more
The young lady that took our order was very, helpful and knowledgeable. Good smile. Manager did not acknowledge any customers in... line and there were many. A simple hello in the casual dining business goes a long way, especially when they?re lined up. Diningroom was filthy and it was noticeable that someone could come out and clean tables. Read more
