They say they open at 5am it?s more like 5:30 or 6:00 say what you mean mean what you say please correct your time.

For a drive thru, I've got to admit I'm honestly blown away. The chicken and burgers are always fresh and, more importantly, ... tender and juicy- no rubber recooked food. Terrible service. The waitress was extremely rude and treated each customer like they were getting on her nerves. I'm so tired... of these places allowing terrible customer service to stand and blaming it always on COVID. Get over it. They do a great job here and is one ofthe better fast food places in Rome when it comes to the service. This is the best Hardee's that I have been to in too many years! My Western Bacon Cheeseburger was awesome, except the bacon... needed to be crispier for my preference. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars! The staff is on point! The food wasFRESH and HOT like it should be! It was cooked in a timely manner, for cooked to order!
