Was a total waste of money and I will not be going back anytime soon. Not the best in town. Literally made a pregnant lady cry... at how poor the meal was. Do better. ???? Called in a lunch order today and it was the worst taco salad/supreme whatever I haveever seen. I used to LOVE El Zarape but this was very disappointing. The chicken was bland and the overall meal was very lackingfrom what I expected. Ordered some guacamole to go with it and it was literally blended up avocado and nothing else. No wherenear what guacamole should be. The salsa is hot as hell and literally water. The rice was hard and the chips were almost bricks.So disappointed in the quality of food. Me and my wife love trying places we have never been before so this was a pleasant surprise. Food was good the atmosphere was... nice and relaxing plus at the time that we went it wasn't overcrowded... the service was far better than most of the places wehave visited in the past.. plus the menu had a few items other similar places did not have. I recommend atleast trying thisplace one day with your family. Read more

I was drinking my strawberry margarita when I sucked this through the straw. I spit it out on this napkin thinking maybe I had... sucked a piece of strawberry. When I take a look at the napkin this is what I see. I was told it was due to the lime juice ormix, either way it does not belong in anyone?s drink. So overall this place was great! Server was very friendly and attentive. I always had a full drink and napkins, etc. I'm taking... one star off for the price as I feel it's a bit high compared to other Mexican Restaurants in the area that supply the samequality and serving size. I also wasn't a big fan of their meat, that being the shredded chicken and ground beef we got. Thatwas in the burritos and tacos. They just didn't have any flavor and the beef was super runny, almost watered down? I definitelythink if you go here you have to get their grilled meats, not the ground beef or shredded chicken. I say this because the onething we enjoyed immensely was actually our appetizer, papas locas. The chicken on this tasted like it came from a totallydifferent restaurant. It was seasoned well and super flavorful. Not to mention the dish itself was really good! Also, their ricewas delicious, however, not a big fan of the beans. Walked right in. Great service. Texas Peach Margarita taste great and not just like syrup. The Tijuana Dip is a must!
