How are you gonna be a 24 hour DONUT shop, and be almost out of donuts at 9:30pm on a Saturday?? Ridiculous. And the worker kept... talking over people in line. Read more
Great offerings and cheaper than Starbucks. My only fuss is I wish it were closer!
Stopped by around 10:30 pm Saturday night for a quick snack. Went inside to see what doughnuts were available two girls... working. We were never greeted or acknowledged?stood there for about 5 mins waiting for any type of greeting while the twogirls talked to each other about an order in the drive thru. One girl made eye contact a few times but never said a word to us. We finally just walked out and drove across town to Krispy Kreeme who had no problem with customer service. Excellent service! I wish I had gotten the name of the young man that waited on me, but he was so very helpful and kind. My... only complaint is that I can't leave a tip with my debit card. So few ppl carry cash anymore that we really should be offeredthe opportunity to leave a tip on our card. Luckily I did have $2 on me, but I ordered so much and was helped out so much that Iwould have left $5 if I could have. Your employee earned it, so allow us to tip them for their great service. This new Dunkin is a much needed addition on shorter! The one connected to the gas station down the road is very unsafely... located and dangerous. THIS Dunkin however, provides a large well designed drive thru and parking lot. We decided to dine intoday and the employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our food was freshly made and yummy. I got the vanilla beancoolatta and my SO treated himself to a mango pineapple refresher. We each got a donut and split an order of well seasoned hashbrowns! The tables were clean and we saw employees cleaning when their workload was slow. There's a nice shaded patio withplenty of seating. I could see myself spending time here as if it were a Starbucks! Ordered a $70 dollar order 10 hours prior to pick at . Get there order not ready. Still another 35 minutes later waiting. Asked... for a free coffee for the wait( not unreasonable I think) got told no. Will not be coming back or ordering again. This was for aclient of mine . Will be visiting elsewhere that cares for my business. 11/19/222 Wanted to say was still upset over this andstop in to talk to manager. She was polite courteous and listened. I did not want anything and she offered but it meant a lot tome that she just listened and said we can do better. To me in this day and age is a lot. I am grateful and will be given thisplace another chance. Read more
