Just needed a quix bite. The fish sandwich was warm. The fries were ok .I spent $5. Cant expect Ruth's Chris for that.
HANDS DOWN THE SLOWEST FASTFOOD PLACE IVE EVER SEEN. Their's only 3 cars in front of me and the manager just had an employee... come and tell me that they are closing in 30minutes. As if to say they can't handle four vehicle's in 30minutes.I asked if theywere short staffed and he said they only 4 other people working tonight. 5 people is more then enough to handle atleast onevehicle every 5minutes...Food Is as to be expected but need better employees OR a better system,without question. I ordered door dash and the order was wrong. I called the store, that actually screwed up the order and they said I had to call... door dash. I then had to wait an hour to get my missing items. Maybe they should make sure it is right before it leaves thestore. Can't expect door dash to verify the order if it is sealed when they pick it up. Read more
There is a lady here named Shay she is the absolute best. I broke my ankle and my window wouldn't roll down she brought our food... out to us. If every employee was like her the world would be a better place. She deserves a raise. I will definitely be back. Read more
