They never get your order correct. They gave me the total opposite of what I ordered. They were NOT busy so no excuse. Sad sad

I was so happy, with this trip? I bought me a whopper jr.meal and I got in my truck and left my ???? on the top and pulled off.... When I realized it I parked and asked the wonderful lady ???? if I could replace it and she did!???? no fuss , she didn?t tellme that not her fault, she just smiled super big and handed me another cup! First time here. I had a couple of special order needs and wondered if they would get it right and surprisingly they did. Very... friendly staff and took the time to make sure it was done right. Store seems clean and well kept for lunch time. I willdefinitely be back for more visits and orders in the future. Read more
Seriously could be the WORST bk of all time. They served me a chicken sandwhich so greasy that you could dump the wrapper out.... Drinks and frys all half full. Young girl working the window was beyond rude and when I asked about drinks and frys the youngboy behind the girl laughed and said I told you so. So they clearly knew it was wrong. Sad... 20 years ago Burger King was so awesome. Now, they?re absolutely horrible. The food quality has gone down and their prices... have gone up. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 things. The man at the window told us to pull upfurther because our chicken nuggets were cooking. I asked for BBQ sauce. A woman brought us our food and started to walk away. I asked her if there was BBQ sauce in the bag and she replied back with a nasty attitude like she didn?t want to be there. It?s so terrible that these young workers get paid at least $15 an hour and yet they think it?s ok that they can give rude andunprofessional customer service.
