Being a native Texan, with a bbq place density probably 1 for every 10000 people, I?m a little bit of a connoisseur when it... comes to brisket, and I?d put Blossom in competition with many of the greats when it comes to brisket. The Blossom burger is oneof my favorites In Town, too. Our family visits Blossom Hill often. We notice many of the details in the nice atmosphere, thehelpful and friendly staff, and the outdoor dining and games. A great addition to Rome. We took a picture of our Brisket Nachoswe had today, also very good. Read more

All of the above. The whole experience was fantastic and we will be back. Mini golf, and other games in the yard. Amazing milk... shakes. They purchase food from locally sourced farms. Cups are from a local plant. Ordering is kind of hard if you have neverbeen there before it was not hard to catch on. Read more

I really enjoy this restaurant. It's casual and very relaxing. I keep getting the burger, since it's been so good. I've loved... the sides, and the homemade pickles, too. They have an indoor eating area and an outdoor eating area. Next to the outdoor eatingarea is a turf area with cornhole, a putting green and a ping pong table. I love playing cornhole here. Staff is relaxed andfriendly. Great ambience, with lots of light through the windowed front. Great place! Read more

Blossom Hill BBQ and Burgers - as Dad said after eating here today ? ONE AND DONE ? I agree the Brunswick Stew was literally the... consistency of puréed baby food. Hush puppies no flavor, some of my hand cut fries undercooked. Dad even questioned if he waseating pork. My sandwich was cold, hush puppies needed a dash of salt and onions. Please note it wasn?t about the service - itwas about the food. On a cool note they have the recyclable BALL aluminum cups. See I found the silver lining. Read more

First, LOVE the atmosphere. Beautiful building. Second, great customer service. Friendly service. Greeted and seated... quickly. So, 5 stars for the atmosphere. Nice variety of beers and drafts. Great milk shakes. Outdoor seating and Outdooractivities - Ping Pong and Cornhole. But my food, while visually appealing, was cold. I didn't complain but thatwas Disappointing. -I definitely believe they're have corrected it, but was in a rush 2 points for that. However, if I'm everin town again, I'd definitely visit. Read more

Had the hot Nashville chicken sandwich. I find chicken sandwiches are usually disappointing, but this was exceptional. The... chicken was perfectly fried and very juicy. The chicken itself was very tasty. Perhaps they marinate it? It's juicy, doesn'thave too much mayo and is pretty spicy, but the spice is very temporary. My wife had the impossible burger and said it was abit salty, but she tends to be sensitive to salt. The house salad was nice, but relatively small. The croutons and dressingwere a treat as both were homemade and delicious. Very tasty salad. We also had a side of fries and chips. Both appeared to behomemade and excellent. Fries were similar to Five Guys. We had a couple of drinks, but honestly, they are overpriced. A canwine and a craft beer was $18. They do have a interesting and eclectic beer selection, however. Would definitely visit again,if fact, I'm looking forward to it. Read more
