This location is great. Busy but not overwhelmingly crowded. Shelves well stocked with a range of selection.

Best book store in Rome. They rarely have what you go in looking for but you'll still never leave empty handed. Employees are... very friendly and never try to pressure you into their paid membership program. Most importantly, this is the only place to sellWarhammer products in all of Floyd County, even if their inventory leaves a lot to be desired. Read more

It's always nice to find a well stocked bookstore. The barista in the coffee shop was SUPER sweet! And the coffee was yummy?

The employees here are super nice and the store is always clean it's an awesome place to come and relax while using their free... wifi. I enjoy the atmosphere here alot. And it's conveniently located in a shopping mall so if I need some food I can just walkdown the walkway and grab a bite.. if by some chance you haven't been in here I recommend it five stars........ My daughter and her friend went here today to enjoy some Starbucks and read a book. While trying to decide what they wanted to... drink from the cafe here and enjoy a snack they picked up on their way the store manager approached my daughter. She was veryRUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. ..she embarrassed these two girls in a store of customers by asking them are they going to order or buyanything from her establishment since they sat before ordering. My day told her what they would order and she then walked offfrom them. They were so humiliated and since they were using MY FUNDS to support your establishment they were ordered to leaveafter my daughter was brave enough to this ADULT know that?s not how you treat supporting customer in your establishment. Yousee, I?m a small coffee shop owner and I would NEVER make a customer feel this low. This store needs some major customerservice training. I would be glad to help with that. My daughter was very aware this unacceptable and I expect an apology fromcorporate because that?s my next email. Hope this store mgr has a better day. Read more

Do you like book stores? You'll love this one. It's great! Hmm... I should have more to write. But really, the employees are... great, the store is clean and comfortable. It's a nice book store. What more could I say? Oh, I really like one end cap. I can'tremember what it was called but employees had wrapped books in gift wrap with intriguing descriptions. So, if you like the wayone sounds you buy it and end up with a book you don't know the title of or who wrote it. I got one. I'm sure I'll most likelyget one each visit for as long as it last. You should get one too. That way they'll keep it going. The book I got turned out toNOT be one of my favorites, but it was okay and I'm excited to try again.
