Came to Aventine for our second visit this evening before going to see Beauty and the Beast at RLT. We had been before and... remembered the food was delicious, but this time not only was the food great, but our server Alex was AMAZING. He was full ofgreat suggestions and was overall one of the best waiters I?ve had in a long time. I tried two of the seasonal cocktails and myhusband tried one (highly recommend both the spiced pear martini and the solstice). The brioche rolls are always a good way tostart and then I got the confetti white pizza for dinner. I?m not usually a white pizza fan, but again, highly recommend!Overall amazing experience - great festive atmosphere, delicious cocktails and food, and A+ service thanks to Alex and team! Read more

This place is absolutely wonderful and everything you could ask for regarding fine dining. Yes it's expensive, but the quality... of food as well as the service is well worth it and would happily pay that any day. After a 4 course meal + drinks + coffee atthe end was $130 for 2 people. The food was absolutely top class, some of the best I've ever had. We had JT as our server and hewas excellent. He happily answered all of our obnoxious questions with a smile. 11/10 Read more

Very good, fine dining. Be ready to spend some money. Portions are a little small on some things for the price. Best bang for... your buck is the pizza. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are friendly. Read more

When we first arrived we weren't sure where we could park but you can park in the lot right across the street. As we went in... the restaurant, we were greeted by some very friendly hostesses that sat us at our table right away. Very nice ambience thereand nicely decorated. The waitress was very friendly and the service was fantastic. Our drink order was taken right away and Ihad a Gold rush, my wife had a Chardonnay, and my daughter had a fresh strawberry lemonade which were all delicious. Mydaughter was raving about how good that strawberry lemonade was since it tasted so fresh. We got the fondue and the tucker farmsalad to start off with which both were great. Next we ordered our main courses which included the brisket pizza, skirt steak, glazed carrots, and the pommes frites. The pizza, carrots, and pommes frites were delicious. The skirt, I would never orderagain. To me, skirt steak is just not a steak you eat on it's own like that because of the texture. It really needs somethingyou can wrap it up in. The steak was barely seasoned so eating a piece without the sauces was very bland. Dipping the steak inthe blue cheese crema and port reduction didn't help any. The port reduction needed to be reduced further as I could barelytaste it because it was just water and the blue cheese crema was just okay. We finished the steak because it cost $35 but allthree of us agreed that we really didn't like it much. After the main course, we ordered the Banana Soufflé. The souffléitself was delicious but none of us thought the pineapple gelato went well with it. The pineapple flavor just overpoweredeverything else. We couldn't even taste the caramel. Next time we order that, I would definitely get vanilla bean gelato withit instead. It would have been so much better. Overall, a great experience and will definitely be back. Read more

Loved it! Very upscale without killing the pocketbook. The Focaccia was good enough to eat without dipping. The Raw Beet salad... was very well balanced; there was not too much goat cheese and the vinaigrette had an almost smooth taste. The bed of beet gelwas a nice touch. If you like beets or arugula this is the salad for you. The Brisket Pizza had a very tasty drizzle and thebrisket was well flavored and sourced locally. The staff was attentive and all masked appropriately. As a party of 2, we wereable to be seated with no wait at 6PM on a Friday if we sat at the bar or a small table so a reservation is recommended.
