Nice staff, good food
Good customer service, very nice, and delicious tasting pretzels
We usually have a good experience but this evening, (5:50pm) not so much. My daughter ordered a regular pretzel as we were... leaving the mall, got to the car and not satisfied! Cold hard pretzel that she literally had to tear the overcooked bottom halfoff just to be able to chew it. Serve fresh food or don't serve it at all. No one likes to waste their money just so you cansave yours. Word of advice...Watch your quality control or you'll lose business. Read more

Don?t know what the hours are there is no sign. Was not open when we arrived at 10:30 am and waited until 11:00 someone finally... showed up and was not prepared to open. Was told to wait 10 minutes to make 2 pretzels then went back to get said pretzels andwas told another 10 minutes. Bad way to run a business. Have your food ready before you open. Read more

Cold pretzels, even colder prepackaged cheese sauce. Slushies are not great. Over all I would not recommend.
We loved it! We aren?t American so have never had anything like that before and when I tried to get the server to explain the... different options she was less than helpful but putting that aside the pretzels and caramel sauce were amazing and we willdefinitely be returning. The mall is never very busy so there was plenty of seating and the chocolate milkshake was lovely. Read more
