Not happy with the experience! Stop by to grab a large hot coffee. Was told unfortunately they only have small cups right now... for hot coffee. Literally this cup is the size of a kids meal drinking cup. I'm a truck driver like what will that do for mesmh. Also they do not allow you to scan your mobile app or use your points here either. . The young lady that took my order was very friendly I think her name was Grace. The lady barista making my drink was just down... right rude. I asked her a simple question and she answered me so rudely. I proceeded to take my drink and I told her she didn?thave to be rude. With that being said I will die of thirst before I ever give this location another dime of my money. I spendmoney at Starbucks all the time and at different locations. I ordered a Venti Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino, A Tall Mocha Cookie Crumble, and a Chocolate Cake Pop. I got the Tall Mocha cookie... crumble and not the other 2 items. They gave me a Tall vanilla bean Frappuccino and no cake pop. I asked again and they justignored. Then I asked again and I got the cake pop but they still gave me a venti vanilla bean Frappuccino and I just went onand left with it. I personally don't like vanilla bean Frappuccinos so I just wasted 6 dollars, not much but I am annoyed. Read more

Did not have any hot espresso, cappuccino or latte which is kinda laughable since its a coffee place. To top it of, the barista... seemed to be working there against her will and not willing to serve the drinks as had been asked and needed to be given severalreminders. Request for extra cream made her go up to her supervisor for permission who asked loudly "Who's asking for extracream?" quite rudely. Wouldnt give sweetener packets though had been asked several times. Need training on how to behave withpaying customers. Read more

Only giving 2 stars because the young lady who took my order was friendly, cheerful and detail oriented. Staff making the drinks... were apathetic and all three acted and looked like they hated their job. Took far too long for a not busy location to create onedrink. (Only one drink order ahead of me and took almost 10 minutes) Expresso machine broken, so I ordered a strawberry CREMEFrappuccino. I think they forgot to add the creme because it taste like crunchy strawberry water. I paid $7 for crunchy waterwith strawberry syrup and whip cream. Not pleased. Read more
