Not the best customer service.I ordered doppio espresso and asked for a splash of milk the guy was rude to me "if you want milk... in your coffee you should order latte" huh really? Never been a fan of this location, never will be. Sucks that the Arlington Heights store is closed because of construction. I... always get an iced coffee with extra whole milk and light ice. I had asked the lady to add more milk to my coffee while she wasmaking it and she made such an angry face looking at her colleague. She ended up not adding extra whole milk and just handed meiced coffee. Read more
I started coming to this location every Sunday and I keep returning because the staff rocks and the drinks rock me. Maybe if... they played more rockin? music I would be fully fulfilled? Not needed, because those two extra espresso shots should do it. Read more
WHERE ARE ALL THE ENTHUSIASTIC EMPLOYEES! ???? Came in 7/25/22 around 11:30ish went through drive thru ordered my venti iced... caramel macchiato w 3 scoops of vanilla bean and the employee sounded like ?I DON?T WANNA BE HERE? type of mood.
