MOLDED FOOD! Per usual, the food did taste great and was made well?however, when I took my [now] last bite, there was mold on... the tomato. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Be more aware of what you?re serving customers! Read more
Horrible service? I?ve come here in the past and everything has been fine. The last two times, however, have been poor. The... staff continually swear like sailors and don?t take their job seriously at all (poor management) and when they were busy, liketoday, I asked the manager/team lead if I could use the app for a BOGO order. He said yes. I asked if he could help me to ordersince I hadn?t used the app and was having difficulties. He said ?I?m sorry. I can?t help you.? and looked disinterested. Onceagain, poor management. The guy looks roughly 55 years old. He should consider retirement if work is that much of a stressor inhis life. They had quite a few people coming in for the BOGO but usually they are slow and dead. I wonder why. Then I read theseveral complaints about rudeness and screwed up orders. Big surprise. I went to Pita Pita across the street and when they madea mistake, the owner not only apologized but gave me a free baklava. That?s how service should be. I ordered Avo Turkey, and asked them not to cut it they still cut it and look at those 2 little pieces of Avocado. I don?t know... what to say but you guys need to train your employees how to dress a sandwich! Read more
Ordered a Powerhouse salad and these pics show a lot of shredded iceberg lettuce garbage. This is advertised as mixed field... greens and there is zero nutrition in iceberg lettuce. I don?t pay $8.20 for this poor quality salad. If they ran out of fieldgreens they should have called and asked if I wanted to substitute or changed my order. Read more
Great "pair two" option with a small "Avo Turkey" sandwich and a cup of Garden Vegetable Soup for $7.99. The sandwich was just... the right size. Avacado and Swiss Cheese enhances the flavor of this toasted turkey sandwich. The Vegetable Soup was hot anddelicious and quite flavorful. Lack of 1 star goes to an overflowing garbage can outside and delays in wiping down tables afteruse. Read more
Andrew & Leon deserve a raise. Their customer service was unmatched and because of them I will definitely be visiting again.
