Much improved since original 2 star review. This location got it's act together and we have been returning over and over!
MOLDED FOOD! Per usual, the food did taste great and was made well?however, when I took my [now] last bite, there was mold on... the tomato. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Be more aware of what you?re serving customers! Read more
Horrible service? I?ve come here in the past and everything has been fine. The last two times, however, have been poor. The... staff continually swear like sailors and don?t take their job seriously at all (poor management) and when they were busy, liketoday, I asked the manager/team lead if I could use the app for a BOGO order. He said yes. I asked if he could help me to ordersince I hadn?t used the app and was having difficulties. He said ?I?m sorry. I can?t help you.? and looked disinterested. Onceagain, poor management. The guy looks roughly 55 years old. He should consider retirement if work is that much of a stressor inhis life. They had quite a few people coming in for the BOGO but usually they are slow and dead. I wonder why. Then I read theseveral complaints about rudeness and screwed up orders. Big surprise. I went to Pita Pita across the street and when they madea mistake, the owner not only apologized but gave me a free baklava. That?s how service should be.
