I had a large shake today at 2pm. It?s now 9pm and I still feel full and satisfied. Yet, I want another? and another? and... another! There?s something about an Oberweis chocolate shake made with real ice cream that dominates all others in the World ofShakes. If there was a Battle of the Shakes, these would come out victorious. Even though I still don?t think I pronounce thename ?Oberweis? correctly, I risk my friend?s taunts to go there over and over again. I really want to give this location 5stars, but one night I saw the ?open? sign lit up and pulled up into the Drive-thru to learn they were really closed. I thempulled up to the drive-thru window to let them know the open sign was still on, and I saw the employees hiding from me. It waskinda funny actually but also a bit strange. I love this chain, this location!! I've been coming here off and on for nearly 10+ years and I love it as much as I did the very... first time I stepped in the door!! For the uninitiated there is something special about the moment you step foot in the door ofan Oberweis store! You smell the waffle cones and the various ice cream flavors, it is beyond intoxicating!! I have alwaysenjoyed a few staple items like a Strawberry Malt or a Hot Fudge Sundae and as you sit down and enjoy it with your family thesmells overwhelm you with the desire to take more home with you, which I always do!! The Blueberry Pie ice cream is awesome!!!!I recommend this place as highly as possible!!! I love Oberweis!!!! Read more
