This used to be my go-to-place for Chinese in Chicago suburb. However, I am experiencing inconsistencies in quality of food and... services, especially considering recent price hikes due to inflation. Overall, it is still a good Chinese restaurant. Read more

Best Dim Sum (Cantonese Small Plates) and Hong Kong Style cuisine place in the NW suburban area. Giving it 4 stars, because I've... had better foods in Chinatown, and a few things they can improve on. But it's fair to say this is a great place to bring yourfamily and friends for authentic delicious Chinese food. Here are my Dim Sum Ordering Tips for you.. The Dim SumClassics: Crepe, Turnip Cake, Rib with black bean sauce, Chicken Feet, Sticky Rice in lotus leaf, Shrimp Dumpling, SiuMai, I've had enough classics in my life, so I tend to order something different. My Favorites Dim Sums: Short Rib with honeysauce (not the best I've had, but pretty good). Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf (although my favorite, but will avoid in this locationbecause they have a freezer smell. Probably not too many people order it), Egg Yolk Bun (Minghin was the first restaurant tointroduce this to Chicago about 10 years ago), Rib with black bean sauce, Turnip Cake, Bean Curd Skin with Pork andShrimp, Shrimp Dumpling with Green Chives. Deep Fried Taro Puff (too bland in this location) I would also suggest avoiding theFish Congee - has no flavor, and veggies were raw. Also, their soy sauce for the crepe is very light, lacking flavor. Read more

This was my first visit at MingHin Cuisine, as I introduced my twelve-year-old niece to dim sum. Our experience, from the... condition of the restaurant to the quality of the food was outstanding. Service was very friendly, and one of our serversquickly brought us a selection that we ordered but were missing. Best of all, everything we ordered came out of the kitchenpiping hot. We can't wait to return! Read more

If you haven’t had this place, you’re truly missing out. The food is phenomenal!! So fresh, large portions, & so flavorful.... There’s nothing we’ve ordered that wasn’t a 10/10. Go! Read more

We’ve been to Ming Hin Chinatown and Lisle many times. We bought for a take out once, everything was fine. However, this... time, in Rolling Meadows, we were really disappointed: porridge was bland and too thick, the pea tip was good but it was adinner menu. Jellyfish was little more chewy, not tasty than usual. Beef tribe was fine. The other dim sums were little hard.Clearly they were reheated from frozen ones. This dinner quality was a failure. No food photos this time… Service was good. Read more

Great environment, cosy and not crowded on a Monday night. Ordered the Ginger Soy Sauce Chicken and it was a great savory dish.... We had a great night there! Read more

Some dishes were better than others but overall the dishes tasted good. The potstickers and fish were the highlights. The dim... sum portion of duck was a little disappointing as it was mostly bones. Service could be better (gave us the wrong dish, forgot adish and didn't check up on us at all). I'd suggest just getting takeout here instead of dining in. Read more
