I wish there was a zero star so I could give it. It was my regular stop until today, but I will no longer visit this business. I... now understand why this location has only 2.9 stars. I ignored the poor quality of my coffee every day. They didn't apologize orappear ashamed at all when they messed up my sandwich today and I asked them to fix it. This location is severely inconsistent with their product and their staff is unprofessional and rude. This location is horrible!!! The service is terrible as-well. I saw 2 female workers on their phones and one of them looked at... me and gave me a face! After that she handled my ordered and got it wrong. I asked her politely if she can remake my caramellatte and instead she gave me a cup of water. So unprofessional. In the receipt it said Vianney.
