Horrible. Missing a fish and food not done at all.
Where to start? Walked in young fella at the counter did not greet us just stared at us until we said something then when he did... speak it was a very rude manner. 20 minutes later we get our meal both got fish and shrimp fish was cold and freezer burnt theshrimp same way cole slaw literally had ice crystals in it.needless to say management and ownership need to have a seriousconversation with employees or at least pay attention to what is going on there but hey why not give them $15 an hour. Needlessto say we will never be back and I would recommend everyone one else drive past it as well. I couldn?t give it minus stars so ithad to be a 1. Workers were great, food was not. The chicken was good, but the hush puppies tasted like the oil/grease they were cooked in.... They had no flavor. The booths could have been cleaner. Read more

Well...trying to remember the last time we came here and the food was pretty good. Boy did they let me down this time. 1st off... the speaker where you order was very low so I had to repeat myself 5 times. The lady taking my order was rude as she kept sayingthe wrong order back to me. Finally she gets some guy on the speaker and he gets my order the 1st time. I ordered the grilledsalmon taco combo. The salmon was terrible. It jus tasted like a real old fish taste and on top of that, they throw on a slawthat is soaked in a Italian dressing. I MEAN TERRIBLE. the slaw was jus cabbage at that. Nothing else just cabbage with Italiandressing on it. Took 1 bite. Nope not today. I also ordered shrimp tacos...SMH please I get flashbacks from it. Bar none worsttacos I've ever ate anywhere. Oh yea, before I forget when I handed the lady my money to pay. Her hands were wet. From what? Ido not know but she touched my hand and it smelled like dirty mop water. From having a good meal the last time we visited longJohn silver to what was ordered on this day..it was like night and day. There's no way I would ever recommend this place toanyone. Well maybe a few folks but if I do, it's because they did me dirty in the past and I will use LJS as payback. Sorry notsorry. What comes around goes around. I don't often write reviews but I have to for this place. I ordered take out from inside and the place is filthy I didn't even... want to sit on the chairs while I waited. I used the restroom and it looked like a gas station rest stop. The floors areslippery and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I should have just turned around and walked out but I had alreadyordered. When I peaked in the cooking area it wasn't much better. Once I got my food I could see that the oil was most likelyold. The man who checked me out was nice but the others were unprofessional. Based on the how filthy the store is I won't spendanother dollar here. Read more
Sigh...ok,order was wrong,gave extra chicken instead of fish...and see the pictures for dissapointing samples of that fish and... chicken we were served. I think this is another restaurant that will be closing very soon. Just sad. I guess i should be moreupset,especially me paying over $36 for a family meal. Fish also tasted old. Same with chicken. These guys are the worst. I don?t know what the deal is, I?m local and love the brand. I?ve tried them a ton of times and 2/4... times something has been screwed up. I never thought I?d have to ask for a refund after being ignored . Pick up your game longJohns! Read more
