No stars but had to because it wouldn?t let me post?.these employees treated me horribly. I walked in the lobby as the door was... unlocked they started yelling at me the lobby closed ?ma?am ma?am you have to step outside. I?m not a criminal. I held thedoor open for the employees walking back in the employees proceeded to yell at me you must close the door and get outside. We?re canceling your order. I closed the door and they canceled the order. My husband went to the door and two employees cameto the door cursing my husband. Horrible customer service!! Read more
Amber clearly can?t read correctly we always order the same thing Chicken Carbonara NO MUSHROOMS and EVERY TIME they put... mushrooms! We ask for it without because we are allergic how complicated can it really be? Will not be returning! This couldcause someone in the hospital if they accidentally take a bite without checking first! We had a Band Competition at our High School and needed a large order to be delivered for our volunteers. Amber handled... everything and made sure our order was correct and delivered when requested. I know how difficult it is to find good employeesbut you all have a gem with Ms. Amber! Read more
Always a complete gamble whether your order will be correct, IF you can get them to make it at all. It's absolutely ridiculous... that you can't go inside and the attitude from the employees and management when they have to be bothered to do their job showshow little they care about their customers or the community. Do yourself a favor and just go to one of the locally owned pizzaplaces in town. Pie Zanos 1 minute away, has fantastic food and an amazing staff. Read more
Ordered on 8/18. Tracker said Brian made this sloppy trash. The one pie looks like it has monkey pox with 2 slices without... cheese or toppings. The other one, not much better. Whoever was cutting and boxing should've known better than to let this slopgo out too. I'll never order here again. Too many other pizza options around to settle for this lazy garbage. Read more
I ordered two pizzas and the marble cookie brownie from here on (7/18) and it was horrible! The pizza was thrown together,... falling apart, and wasn?t appetizing at all. The marble cookie brownie wasn?t cooked throughly and I was scared to eat it giventhe fact that it seemed raw! I tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered! I am highly disappointed and will becontacting them again to speak to a manager! Read more
I received horrible service from this Domino's. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and 2 were undercooked. I reported this to the store... and they didn't issue a refund. They offered to replace the pizzas, but asked for the old pizzas back. Ok sobthey could give itto someone else I guess. So they not only provided horrible services, they are also calling me a liar. I offered to show themphotos, but they declined. Oh well, I guess there loss, will be there competitor's gain. I will never order from Domino'sagain. Too bad I can't upload the photos. Didn't even want to put the one star. Had a horrible experience there tonight. When did this domino's turn into this. They... wouldn't even let me in the lobby area, they told me that it was closed. They were blocking me from entering. I wasn't tryingto. There are 50 people in there working and l get a cold pizza along with a lot of other things. Costumer service? I really amnot one to say much, but when you work hard for your money and the way things are right now. Not good. And just a matter ofbeing kind to one another. Read more
