Worst meal I've ever received from a McDonald's!! Salted so badly we couldn't eat the fries. Couldn't even wipe them off. Like... half a full shaker in each fry. Stale doubles. I guess you can't expect as much from a McDonald's at a gas station but charging 10 cents for extra pickle on a McDouble is... pretty lame. I know it wasn't the fault of the guy that took my order that it cost extra but I told him to just take off theextra pickle. At least they didn't charge me for water. Read more
Everytime I go to this McDonalds I keep hoping they would get better but it never does so I quit going. The hamburgers are... slapped together with very little care put into making them and the fries are too salty. Who ever manages the McDonslds inRoland needs to do a better job training and making sure your employees take pride in what they do at work. Read more
After reading previous reviews of unhappy customers, I was hesitant. I am big on basing my decisions on reviews and wasn?t sure... what to expect, but I thought I would take a risk. My food was actually pretty good and the staff was very nice. I am pleased tosay that I am a happy camper! Read more
Worst fast food in town. The employees are SO RUDE, they treat the customers like we're wrong when THEY get OUR orders wrong!... Tonight I waited 20 minutes for my food. In that time span, one worker gave my order to someone else and they left. I didn't getmy drink, I asked for it at least four times, they sent the manager out to ask what I need. MY DRINK! They messed up ALL myburgers. I didn't get my basket of fries. Then for the manager to walk up to my car like she has a problem is verydisrespectful!! I'd give y'all zero stars If I could. Read more
Drive-though is always busy and sometimes you have to park in the waiting area just for a drink. The hot chocolate machine is... down a lot, and I do get a cup, it tastes mostly water and barely chocolate. I have to always ask for extra chocolate in orderfor it to actually taste like hot chocolate. Read more
I have never once NOT had to park when visiting this McDonald's in Roland Oklahoma. They are NEVER able to deliver your order... at the drive through window. Order fries, "please pull forward to the line and we will bring your order out shortly" Order adrink, same thing. Time of day doesn't matter, they can not serve you at the window. Read more
Ordered my meal in drive thru, told to pull up to 2nd window, i stop at 1st window expecting to pay, i wait and watch as (... McDonald's team member takes orders and never looks) so i pull to 2nd window, they give me my meal, i ask about paying.. oh youshould have paid at 1st window.. not an option now cant back up.. so pay at 2nd window.
