The worst management of all BK. I bought to different combos and ask for 2 Ranch dressing and she only gave me 1 and wanted to... charge me .25 for an extra one. I try to give her back the 5 packages of ketchup that she gave me first for an exchange of 1ranch dressing and she said no. I think i deserve 1 ranch dressing for every combo i buy. This place is horrible. The french fries tasted like there was something wrong with them I don?t know how you make the french... fries. I went through the drive-through and got shorted on my order. It was the first time I've ever been to Burger King. The employee who took my order was so kind. My issue is when it comes to... the quality of the food. I ordered a "Bacon King" I expected it to have Barbecue sauce in which it did not. Bacon and ketchupand not a good combination. I've never had a Burger that was wet before. There was no lettuce, onion, or tomato, and yet it wasso mushy. For the total price of $8.25, (sandwich only) it is not worth it. Read more
Burgers were cold. I threw part of them out. Disgusting and cold. Mcdonald's is better as long as it's freshly made and hot. ... If a big Mac is reheated it's just as bad as a cold whopper. Attn: Owner. 6pm Oct. 4th. I ordered chicken fries and a large fries Drive thru. The customer in front was handed my order and... he gave it back. Then I pulled up to the window after the customer in front left. I asked the cashier, did she give my order tohim mistakenly? She said yes. She then gave me the option whether to put my food in a new bag or not. Well of course in a newbag. The employees here are a little clueless when it comes to a pandemic. I see 3 of them standing around making a big deal outof moving my food to a new bag after one them gave my bag to the wrong customer. Lack of training to be open. Please train yourstaff better when it comes to safety and cleanliness for customers. I don?t recommend this place to anyone. Sad. Read more
I placed an order at the drive thru only to have them ask me again at the window exactly what I had ordered because for some... reason they had no record of my order. I was staying at the hotel right next door and by the time I got to my room the frieswere cold. They should be serving fresh food, not cold. Read more
I went through their drive-thru to try the new Impossible veggie Whopper. It tasted surprisingly good. I was curious how a... veggie burger could taste so much like beef and looked it up online. It is cooked on the same grill as all the beef patties. No magic there. Read more
The people at this burger King don't get enough credit. Between the crazy customers and the homeless people they have to deal... with they do a pretty good job. I NEVER have a problem here, drive thru is the usual, my fries are always hot, they always giveme the sauces I need, and they do it nicely:) If you have a negative review from this place it's probably because you've neverhad to work in fast food and don't understand the stupidity of human beings lol.
