They ripped Me off on My change, and gave Me small burgers. I was supposed too have got a Big King. But it was so little. The... price was also way high. and the Cashier at the window was Very Rude. So let me just say I USED to like Burger King but every time I have went recently, I have had nothing but cold dead food. And... someone that has worked fast food since I was 18 I am very disappointed. People will make mistakes and fast food can bestressful, but this is unacceptable. I went to get my husband and my son food tonight and I looked at google wrong and thoughtit said they close at 12 but they closed at 11. I noticed this after I tried to call after my second attempt at handing out foodat the house. I ordered - 2 chicken juniors, 2 double cheeseburgers, 8 peice jalapeño bites, a large sweet tea and the chickenfries combo with jalapeño bites as the side and coke to drink. I paid for my food drove home and noticed in the bag that I wasmissing the 2 double cheese burgers. So I drove back and explained nicely that I was missing 2 double cheeseburgers and asked ifI could get fresh food if it was okay if not it was perfectly fine. I even told the lady I was okay with giving back the foodthat I had received cause I?m not the kind of person to just keep the food and receive more free food it?s a respect thing. Thelady rang everything back up and handed my back my receipt. I asked her if she would like me to pull forward so I wouldn?t be inthe way she said nicely she would bring it out to me. The lady was very respectful and nice, she walked my food out to me and Idrove home once again. I get inside go to open the food up and noticed that the food was cold and that the I received the samefood and it was hard and so greasy that?s all you tasted was grease. No one was able to eat there food and said it was gross. Ihate to complain but this is why I will not be eating Burger King again unless my food is fresh because this is way wrong. MaybeI should have had better timing than going close to closing time but my husband had just got off work and my son is a growingtoddler that was hungry again and I just wanted to feed my family.
