How is this a Venti PSL? They raise their prices and then short sell the product, how is that fair?
My roommate and I are regulars for the drive thru nearly every day. Lisa & the other baristas never fail to ask how our days are... going or quickly get through the long lines. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Incredibly rude young woman who rang me up, refused to modify my drink when... all I was asking for was whip cream on the side, drink was cold, didn?t give me my correct change back, and I over heard hertalking negatively about me thinking I was not able to hear her. As much money as I spend at Starbucks each month it might betime to switch to a different coffee place. Terribly disappointing. Read more
Just got a coffee and the eggs & cheddar protein box. The coffee was great. However, the eggs & cheddar protein box was... horrible. The little piece of muesli bread was good, everything else was not. The eggs were discolored in the middle and theyboth tasted nasty. The grapes were gross. The apples were gross. I would recommend that you stay away from the eggs & cheddarprotein box. Huge waste of money and now I have no lunch. So irritated. Also, this Starbucks is not a good location. None ofthe drive thru/ fast food places are good in Rogers. Every time I get something for lunch for me and other people at work, itnever fails, there?s always an issue. Read more
Wonderful employees!! I always feel welcomed in, not rushed, and treated kindly. My drink is always made to perfection because... if its not they?re always willing to remake it. What I dont understand is the pay their getting. I feel I have to tip them everytime I go because I know of the fast food industry. It just doesn?t make sense how low of a pay grade they get for all they workthrough with customers. Along with the expectation people hold to starbucks? drinks. Even when I go in I see them get yelled at.This is why it?s two stars (the two being for your employees) instead of 5, please treat your employees better. Read more
Baristas are always so friendly and relaxed here. They often make great coffees. I?ve been here at all times of the day... (11am-5pm) but often go around 2/3pm. There?s always 1 worker that helps me (I?ve heard him multiple times over the speaker). Heclarifies everything and asks questions, and makes sure my drink is made correctly. Wish I knew his name. This is my go-to Starbucks. The Baristas at this location are always friendly. My orders are made perfectly every time.
