Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Incredibly rude young woman who rang me up, refused to modify my drink when... all I was asking for was whip cream on the side, drink was cold, didn?t give me my correct change back, and I over heard hertalking negatively about me thinking I was not able to hear her.
