Got violently sick after eating a big Mac meal. Should have said something when my sandwich was cold and the fries half cooked,... but I had to get back to work. Spent the night uncontrollably violently vomiting. Read more
Disgusting inside! Definitely not the traffic as prior to COVID-19 & it is so uncleanly - bathroom, eating area, floors. The way... it appears inside, I wouldn?t trust the food (even if using the drive thru)! Read more
I stopped at the Roger's location. No toilet paper in first w/Stahl. I told the mgr. that someone wasn't thinking when they... redesigned it.80percent parking with door on far front door due to safety hazard because of Children's play area da dah. Becauseof the drive up windows on opposite side.Better if they had put play area in the front of location and turn counter to faceparking lot. Read more
Eight employees standing around playing with their phones with the doors locked and no one taking orders from the drive through... at 6:45 pm. When I finally knocked on the window to ask if they were actually open they laughed and walked out of sight. Read more
Over 20 minutes in drive thru from order to food. I received food with was not how I had ordered and my coffee was cold. I'm... back, thought possible improvement. I was wrong. I see many reviews of cleanliness but saw none of that. There was trasheverywhere, almost no clean tables, ice cream on the back of chairs, cleaning supplies left out in reach of children. It's 8:30pm and not busy. I ordered a meal and when it was brought out there were no fries. Apparently he didn't hear meal. Very snideand rude... I usually try 3 times before I make a final decision on restaurants. I will not apply this rule here. I suggesthiring a few older folks to get the younger, over privileged, mom and dad make me work youth from the area an attitudeadjustment and customer service advice. Read more
