Walked in & was waiting in the wrong end of the line, was told "They can take your order at the other end", got down to the... ordering counter & the staff was slicing meat, made eye contact & she just kept slicing the meat for almost 3 minutes before shefinally acknowledged she WAS the one taking my order. I had 2 Free Sub cards from a previous visit because my 2 sub order tookway to long (I never complained, they just offered up the cards d/t extreme long wait time). My issue is that only 1 free Subcard can be used at a time & only valid for 9 days, I live in Monticello & we don't have a Jersey Mike's near, not near enoughto drive for 1 free Sub. If your given these courtesy cards because your order was messed up or too cold because of wait youshould be able to redeem them for what you were given them for! My review of todays experience: I placed an orderonline this afternoon for easy pickup on my way home. The food was ready on time, and I made the mistake of not checking my bagbefore leaving the store. When I got home I discovered they had shorted us (2) packs of cookies. I had ordered (3) 3 packs ofcookies, so there should have been 9 cookies total. But I only received 3 cookies total. I was shorted $4.98 in product.???????? I know this location is always busy, and I understand we are human and mistakes happen, and I can even understand howthis error happened. It?s just really frustrating to be short cookies and $5, and already be home when you discover it, and haveno way to correct it ?? Horrible experience. Ordered online, one cold sandwich, one hot sandwich, chips and cookies. Got there 7 minutes before the food... should be done. Had a smoke, went inside, and waited for nearly 20 minutes. The employees didn't say a word to me the entiretime, almost like they were annoyed at me because I was waiting for the food I paid for. Finally, after they cooked the hotsandwich, 40minutes later, they picked up a sub that had sitting on the counter since I walked in. They had prepared my food,(nearly 10 bucks for this), before making the hot sandwich - definitely tossed this, I didn't pay good money for that. When Igot in the car, I realized they gave us the wrong chips. I came back in, requested the right chips (5 minutes of waiting andawkward glares later) and the person at the register tried to argue with me. Sandwiches are usually good but it is easily the dirtiest fast food store around. Food and garbage by the door as well as the... dining area, every time we go in. There is always enough staff so not sure why someone doesn?t clean up. Owner should makeunannounced visits to verify my claim. I sure hope the new location coming to albertville is better. Read more

Wow! That?s how we felt with the customer service we experienced at this location. At first, we were reluctant with the long... line at 530 pm on a Friday, but we quickly got up to order our sandwich. They are fast and friendly - every single one of thesandwich preparers.
