Place has gone to absolute trash since circle k took over. Mens room is a mess 99% of the time, paper towel dispenser has been... broken for months, sink sprays all over you when turned on, the store itself is always a mess. Loved it when holiday owned it. Read more

Rude old man with a ponytail and a cane works the front, avoid his negative attitude if you can. Being at a pump for a little... bit longer than normal when it's not busy isn't a big deal. I was chatting with my child's Mom about parenting for 15 min. Ifyou want people to clear out try being nice about it, a please goes a long way. You don't need to add extra verbiage... Askingif we are ok, or telling us how long we have been there. A simple "Folks near pump X, would you please clear the pumps" wouldhave sufficed. Then when someone confronts you about it, don't get upity and defensive. I didn't come in and yell, I came in tosay how he spoke was probably not the best and if he was understanding I would have said thank you and apologized for beingtheir longer than normal. Yet he was again rude and defensive about how he was without listening to what I was saying as acustomer who had paid at the pump... If your employees can't listen to a customer without getting personally offended andcontinue to be rude then you have a problem that needs to be resolved. Read more
