10/24/22 - 2pm shift workers ordered a frozen hot chocolate, went in and they had it still sitting in the blender and it was... completely melted when handed to me. it was the consistency of just thick chocolate milk. blonde haired girl working just lookedat me and walked away as i told her it wasn?t frozen. other girl (black hair) at cash register was rude to other customersordering. breakfast sandwich was mid. will NOT ever be coming back to this location. This location is not great, but then again most Dunkins up here aren't. I am from TN and I gotta say the Dunkins down there just... make better coffee. The coffee here is weak and the flavor varies. Like another reviewer said, it is unreliable. I don't thinkthis is any fault of the employees and the customer service was great. I think this may be a franchise/management problembecause most of the Dunkins in the region have weak coffee. And y'all... I'm a Dunkin addict. But I will probably make it athome rather than go here. I?ve not had the best experiences at this location. I?ve been here a few times and I am never impressed. But this last time i... orders a small pumpkin latte. It was spilling out the side of the lid and down my hands. The girl just kinda laughed. Then whenI drove away I realized they didn?t even give me the donuts I ordered. They were just plain donuts. First and only time I?ve ever gone to Dunkin? Donuts. I ordered through the app. Ordered a drink and food. Went to pick it up... and only received the drink. I also still got charged for both the drink and the food I didn?t even receive. I was excited totry it and now I never want to go back. Read more
Bummed that we placed order thru the app while in the parking lot, then went through drive-thru to learned that they had closed... their sandwich making over an hour before we placed order, they had run out of all donuts, and had no food items. They refundedthe order completely & were very kind & apologetic about it. Bummed that ordering through app is recommended but not at allaligned with what's actually in store. Read more
Clean space. Friendly, fast ordering. Plenty of choices. Hot coffee, fast! Americano was excellent.
My favorite coffee will always be at Dunkin. But man how do you run out of eggs for the bagels at noon on a Saturday. Or... accidentally charged me extra for something. Also the way the drive thru is set up is so bad. It will get crowded and hard toget out of the parking lot. Read more
When I received my order I quickly noticed it was the worst thing ever prepared for me. And when I was younger my family was... poor so my grandma babysat me and fed me un-toasted bread with half a stick of butter on top for a majority of my meals but atleast that had TLC. Unfortunately I worked in fast food for 5 years of my life so I know this is the result of poormanagement/ownership. A $6 coffee turned into $12 since I had to cross the street to go to Starbucks to get the same drinkremade.
