Came to purchase my cold brew before I started my shopping, I ordered a grande cold brew with no ice, but when I got my drink it... was half empty. I asked why it was half empty and The W lady had the audacity to say since I did not order any ice then shecould only fill the cup half way. I have never had this issue in other Starbucks before! A little disappointed. Went to get a coffee on my way out of Target and was told they were closed. Meanwhile, the lobby was full... of kids. One was vaping in front of everyone, which I also found unprofessional. When I went to the car to search nearestStarbucks, the location I was at appeared and said they didn?t close until 9pm.
