I go there probably 2 times a week bc it is close to my work and I have the app and always order 10min or more before I go and... every single time I get there no matter if it?s just a drink or food it take almost 30 min to get food. Today I pre order aslush and I have been sitting here in empty parking lot 1 car in drive thru and it has been 10min. None of the employees seemhappy to have a job and most of the time rude like I bother them giving them my money and then tipping. Read more

Walked over on a day that they were having a special on corn dogs. The kiosk order menu panel thing on the patio in front of the... store, where you could look out the window from the inside and the the big kiosk sign thing, was broken. I pushed the button andwaited. Finally an employee came out of the building in front of me, but to my dismay, he was running food to someone sittingcomfortably in their car. I managed to get his attention as he was grabbing for the door, presumably to go back in the buildingand find more food to run to a different customer sitting comfortably in their car. When I asked the logical question of how I,a walk up customer, was to place an order for just 2 of those delicious corn dogs I mentioned earlier and were on special, hisreply was I could go stand in one of the drive up spaces and order from there. Well, I crossed that driveway to a parking spacethat hopefully had a working menu kiosk order thingy, with great caution,as I am 56 years old and getting hit by a car now dayswould probably hurt a whole lot more than it did when I was but a lad. SOMEONE GET THIS PLACE SOME EMPLOYEES SOS MAYDAY They do great with what they're dealing with but, expect what is going to... happen. You'll be greeted, somewhat promptly, your order will be taken, YOU WILL WAIT SO LONG, and then you'll get some prettyspot on food. Don't go on lunch and only have this much time. I was left waiting 25 minutes for my 3 item mobile order. Finally, I pressed the red button and asked for an update on my... order. The carhop got it out within the next minute. Of course when I received it, it was cold. They had forgotten to take careof my mobile order. Read more

Sat in the drive thru line forever. I was the only one there and they only had a few cars sitting in the parking areas. I... ordered drove to the window and was not greeted I sat there forever and even knocked on the window. The manager just looked atme and IGNORED ME. Not once was I even greeted to say they?d be with me in a moment. I ended up leaving after 15 minutes ofnothing. Went to the sonic on 102 10x more busy and had a way better experience. More than once has this location made our food incorrectly. I?ll let things slide once or twice but after more than two times... it?s not an accident. I tried calling the restaurant and it rings busy. Now a days a dollar doesn?t get you very far so to payfor something and it not being even close to what you ordered is unfortunate. Avoid this sonic unless you want to waste yourhard earned money. Read more

I normally like this one but tonight just was pretty bad. They did give me extra ketchup but the tots were cold and I asked for... a chili cheese dog add onion... well the photo shows what i got. No onion and barely anything on an old dog/ soggy wrinkly bun.If they were closed or didn't have enough to do it they should have said and I would have not wasted my money. Read more
