Love Popeyes but this location was run by idiots. Too long to explain issues I had. Suffice I won't stop at this location again.

If I could leave a zero I would. Store is never open and on the chance that it is they are out of food?? DoorDash shows up for... confirmed order but has to wait in the drive through line and is told when at the window oh sorry we?re out of product. Iordered chicken nothing that?s not on the menu. This Roger's Popeye's is great. The one on Walton in Rogers is terrible. Poor Service.

This was on Friday. Waited about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru, even though there was only two cars in front of me. Spit out... my first bite of rubbery chicken strip to discover it was under cooked. Pink in the middle (see photo). I called the store andspoke to a manager. First customer in the door on a Thursday at 11am. Trash cans are all full and the place reeks of rotten something around the... trash cans. Bathroom was disgusting and uncleaned, also with overflowing trash. Won't come back here. If the dining room is thisbad I have no confidence the kitchen cleanliness is in any better shape. Read more

Going to preface this review. I know places are still very short handed and that mistakes happen. That being said, a lack of... customer service and quality control is still not the way to ensure you survive the hard times. The lack of those things onlyensures a decline rather than a resurgence. Didn't feel like cooking and decided to get dinner. Placed a $50 order and went topick this up and even after waiting 10+minutes for chicken to cook, I came away with just two large boxes of fries and nothingelse. When contacting them we read off the receipt for what should've been in the order and all they could say was "well thatwas in the order". Had to go back to try and get the actual order. Read more

I ordered food and specifically asked for it to be fresh. They said it will be 10 mins. I waited and it didn?t seem fresh.... Usually they do cook it fresh and it is still hot when I get home. This time it wasn?t. When I called to inquire she swears itwas and I even said maybe it was mixed up with the older ones. Customer service has changed a lot over years. Read more
