Called for take out and was put on hold tor 5min. By that time I was at the store, still on hold. Girl behind counter was busy... visiting with friends. She never acknowledged me standing there. I use to like Papa John?s but I HATE ordering from this location! Every. Single. Time. I. Order. Thru .The. App. I. Never Get My... Extra Pepperoncini that I pay for. I usually get delivery. Then I?m in the area, so I order online for pickup. I don?t get themagain. I talk to the manager and he gives them to me. I explain to him that I was giving you guys another chance because I neverget my delivery order correct. He states, ?It?s the deliver drivers job to make sure everything?s there!? Waited over an hour on 8/18 for a simple pizza delivery and looked up the status on the tracker, it said it was delivered. I had... been sitting in the living room the whole time waiting on the delivery person feet away from the door. I called and they saidthe delivery driver rang the doorbell and dropped it off at the front door since there was no answer. Well since it was theWRONG HOUSE I can see why they may not have answered. The female manager working that night was rude and uncaring about thesituation and tried to charge me another delivery fee. How is it my fault her driver delivered to the wrong address? On top ofthat she said she had no way to give my tip back so I tipped the guy for delivering to the wrong address. Terrible customerservice. The driver (Gabriel) never even called my cell like they are supposed to in an attempt to make contact. Took over twohours from my original order to get a girl to deliver me the correct pizza who the tip should have gone too. My address is notconfusing either.
