First time customer, my dnl brought me a beautifully packaged red velvet today for my birthday, cake was pretty and l loved the... packaging. Problem was, first pinch contained what I am hoping was a mustache hair. I understand accidents happen, so Icontacted the manager who had zero interest in trying to replace the item, she basically said "sorry accidents happen" with a nobig deal attitude which tells me this happens often. I will not EVER try the cakes again, the lack of customer service wasunacceptable and I will be sending a pic to the health department. Read more
Not a great experience. I ordered a dozen bundtinis, drive 1.5 miles home, and this is what it looked like! For $21 I would have... hoped they could at least take a bit of care and pack them correctly. Terrible! Read more

Best cake I've ever had! Got the Red Velvet! UPDATE: Been back many, many times after. Their online ordering is so fast, simple,... and convenient, highly recommend!!!!The staff is always so attentive and helpful with their customers... careful though theyhave alot of cute celebration things in that little store! We've ordered the chocolate, lemon, pecan, carrot, raspberry, andstrawberries and cream. Best one is still the red Velvet! I must say the cakes taste much better served cold... YUMMMM! These were the most amazing cakes I have ever eaten! I went because someone at work said they had one from another... state. So as I was driving past I stopped and went in.
