Tried to have dinner just now (8:15). Cashier wasn?t doing anything but standing at pos. I asked him what the soup of the day... was which he just stared and ignored me. At that moment I just decided to leave bc clearly customer service is not their toppriority. I?m in the restaurant business, I?m a very patient person, but at that moment decided just to leave not to spend mymoney there. So my family walked out when we couldn?t get help. I was very pleased with Newks today! I regularly order Newks through door dash to my work and today it was taking a little bit... longer than usual with my delivery. There was no one who was willing to pick up my order for about 45 minutes, which is in noway the restaurant?s fault, but I knew my food was sitting out for a while. When door dash finally found a driver to deliver myfood, I made a quick call to see if they could give me a new toasted bread (all I ordered was a soup and bread and was justwanting fresh bread since I knew it would get moist from the condensation for sitting out too long). They were so nice andhelpful on the phone they offered to remake my entire meal so that when it was picked up, it was fresh. Unfortunately my dasherhad picked up the first meal while I was on the phone with the restaurant and was on the way to me. I called them back and theypersonally sent someone to bring me my freshly made meal themselves. This was absolutely so generous and I was so satisfied bythis order. I love Newk's! Such a great family atmosphere with really good and healthy food options. My favorite is their Ultimate Salad... with Caeser dressing adding in pickles and roasted garlic. Their pepperoni pizza and chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheatberry is very good also! And I love the strawberry cake. They have good sweet tea also. I mix it half and half with unsweetenedtea. Only request I have is please fix the toilet paper holders in the women's bathroom. One keeps falling apart! I eat in andorder also to go for both lunch and supper. Plenty of parking options! Always so good! Their mac and cheese is my absolute favorite. The salads are HUGE, the sandwiches are delicious, and they are... always quick and fresh! I will return when needing a quick bite in the area. Read more

Over the years I lived in NWA I frequented this location. The food was always good. The one reason I don?t give it five stars... is because the wait staff is young and so they often times aren?t as attentive as they could be. I would frequently orderpizza. I could sit and watch my completed order sit on the edge of the counter in the kitchen getting cold. By the time they?dbring it it would be like warm at best. I had to speak to the manager at least twice about how the staff would be laughing andhaving a good old time while orders got cold waiting to be delivered. It got to the point that I?d go and tell them to give memy order as soon as it was boxed. Overall the food is good. You?ll enjoy it. But be aware that the service will be affected bythe staff on hand. Read more
