Super rude staff. Would give 0 stars if I could. I was picking up a mobile order and they didn?t give us the sauces that we paid... extra for, so we went inside to get them and the lady at the counter said we needed a receipt when we never even got one ofthose either. Then proceeded to get an attitude and argue with us saying she did put them in the bag, when she didn?t, and thatwe need to pay next time if we don?t have a receipt. It would?ve been fine if she were nice about it, but she was incrediblyrude. So unacceptable. Read more

This particular mcdonalds was not very good. In the bathroom, someone had puked all over one of the toilets so there was only... one usable toilet, the music was extremely loud in the bathroom(too loud for me and I like my music LOUD), our drinks theyhanded us barely had any ice in them, and the fries were cold. Called to complain about order and was told they would replace my entire order. I did not care and threw away the receipt. Went... in this past week and asked to speak with a manager before placing my order. The other manager just stood there staring at me.The other manager came up to me and I said I called in and would like my order made fresh due to the last time. She literallystood there staring at me said ok twice no apology nothing. I believe her name was lannele. Then she went back and the othermanager yelled to one of the cooks to not give me the chicken nuggets that have set to make them fresh. She then gives me myorder did not say a word to me. Then another customer went to order and asked the manager how are you she did not say anything.Amazing how people are managers now days. This location is consistently terrible. It?s like they literally only cook their fries half way every time. Went today and ordered 1 plain burger, a number 7 and a $3 bundle with 2 large teas. We were able to drink the tea. The burgers... were so bad that our pup barely ate them.The food was lukewarm, cheese wasn't very melted at all but the burgers were incrediblydry. Employee at window was busy cutting up and on acknowledged us by handing us our order. Girl who took or order and paymentwas nice. This particular McDonald's won't ever get our business again! My sister and I went through the drive- thru to get some fries and a tea, mixed half sweet and half unsweetened. The fries had... been cooked in old oil and were nasty. My sister specifically repeated her tea order, the teller repeated it back and theystill gave her unsweetened tea. Totally uncalled for!!!! Their service is getting worse and worse by the day.
