My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru. We ordered 2 double quarter pounder one without pickles and two large fries and 2... large drinks. They told us to pull up and wait by the lines. We waited five mins. Then they gave us the order. We came home andthey gave us 10 piece chicken nuggets, quarter pounder with no pickles and two medium fries. They got it all wrong except thrdrinks they got it right.. We were upset cause we paid more for the wrong order. So my Bf called up to Mcds and the manager toldhim they don't pay us enough. It was disappointing and disgusting. Definitely don't take your kids to the play area, it was a mess along with the lobby and... bathrooms. They messed up our order twice also. The place has just gone downhill. Read more
Had diarrhea in the playplce bathroom, the playplace was disgusting dirt everywhere, had no disinfecting wipes to clean the... tables and hands, hair in our food, manager said that the play place was closed at 7:00pm but the door says 8:00pm, had to payfor a water cup and sauce, we also herd some one say during the morninig homeless people would watch the kids play. overallawful don't come. This location is not well run. The drive through has 2 lanes and I sat in the inside lane and watched 4 orders being taken by... the outside lane and still nothing. I drove to the pay window and was told by the person he was only responsible for the outsidelane and didn't know what was wrong. I will not be back. I would also avoid the location if you are traveling East, the turn incan be dangerous because you have to turn across traffic. Read more

I haven't seen any other employer consistantly hire and support the ADA community like the McDonalds franchise owners here -good job guys- 5 years going and this review still stands, these guys if anything are consistant. ????????? Went to pick up a mobile order in Saturday night about 11:15, drive thru was extremely busy. Waited about 20 minutes to get to... the speaker to provide my order code. When I finally got to the 1st window, the gentleman advised that my order wasn't showingit was paid for through the app. I pulled off to the side as to not hold up the line any longer than necessary (did not have myphysical payment card with me) to find out what the issue was with the app. The app kept stating 'sorry there was a problem onour end'. After replacing a new order the payment finally appeared to go through without issue and I called the location toconfirm before they started making the order and they brought it out to me. The staff was so patient and pleasant while theywere so busy with a drive thru full of cars lined up in both lines. I am so appreciative of the hard work and service thesestaff members provide. They have an amazing crew,, hands down. I think the food quality needs improvement, a lot. But great friendly atmosphere.
