My wife and I used to love this place. When we arrived 2 other couples were waiting. 1 of which left because no one was... available to greet guests. After waiting, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. The place was practically empty. Onceseated, our waitress was on top of our drinks and orders. While visiting and waiting on our dinner. We did notice they seemedvery understaffed. Waitresses working hard. But one young lady, not in a black shirt like the others, just standing in theback, visiting with a young man. Throughout our meal we couldn't help but notice everyone working super hard, but these 2. Whyare they here if not to work? The food was not good, chicken was like rubber. Bathrooms were disgusting. This place has REALLY gone downhill. My husband and I came in because we used to frequent this place a lot but we?re moving and... wanted to visit one more time since there are no locations where we?re moving. The host was super slow to seat us. And theyweren?t on a wait. Said he?d clean off a table ?real quick.? Took him 15 minutes. Our server was either new or burnt out. Shewas very spacey, slow and not friendly at all. Didn?t know any of the drinks or beer on tap. Cut me off when I tried to orderour appetizer when she took our drink order. There were times she walked by and looked right at the empty glasses and dirtydishes but didn?t ask if we wanted more to drink or more bread. The salads came out before the appetizer. They didn?t put thedressing on the side like I asked. My husband?s salad barely had any dressing. We asked twice for extra dressing, salt andpepper. By the time she brought it, we were already done. The stuffed mushrooms were gross. Cold and the sauce was watery. Thefood was nothing like we remember. My entree was cold and my husband?s noodles were hard like they?d been sitting out for awhile. I overheard the host saying ?Oh yeah their food was up there for a while but I couldn?t take them because I was busy.? Idid say something about my cold entree and the mushrooms but nothing was compensated. My husband didn?t want to complain abouthis food. They did remake my entree, which was nice. We were both so disappointed. $102 ($82 bill plus $20 tip) for mediocrefood and garbage service. Never again. Read more
Our party of 6 arrived on a Sunday at 11:40. Only 3 tables were seated and no one waiting. It was 15 minutes before we were... greeted. It was 1:10PM before we received our food, 90 minutes later. While we were waiting we visited the restrooms which hadclearly not been cleaned since the day before. Likewise the floors in the bar area were not clean? very sticky. Makes me wonderabout the kitchen. Food was average. Servers were working hard, but obviously understaffed. Read more
Pretty subpar food. The restaurant was very clean though. I got the spicy fettuccine Alfredo and it just tasted like canned... cheese put on noodles. My partner got the spicy cheese ravioli and it tasted just like nacho cheese put on ravioli. It waspretty disappointing. The Caesar salad also tasted like it had been next to shrimp so I wasn?t able to finish it. The bread andoil was very good at least. Our server also wasn?t too attentive because she wasn?t supposed to be there that day and was innormal clothes. She seemed to get confused when looking at IDs for alcohol for customers too. Food is overall very good, I really like their pizza and everything is fair value. Nachos are yuck IMO. Service has been mixed... some are great while others drop the ball. But the (men's) bathroom is worse than a truck stop. Read more
We visited the other day for lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken bow tie festival and it was so good! Chris was our server and... he was awesome! He also told us about the 1/2 off family platters on Mondays so we will definitely be taking advantage of that.If you go ask to be seated in Chris? section! Read more
Overall all experience was mediocre at best. The highlight was definitely our server Chris who did an awesome job. I had the... Tuscan five meat pasta that tasted like a pepperoni pizza. Hits that used to be on the menu like Firesticks or Italian chili areconstantly taken off leaving lack luster choice. Also there marina now taste more like a spicy salsa. Read more
They were short on waiters, so even when there were plenty of available tables, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. We... ordered pizza and some minutes later they told us they were sorry but they didn't have it. The food and service was good though,and we had a good time after all. Read more
