Let me just say, I?ve had the worst service here every single time that I visit this location? But today was a completely... different story! Breezy was extremely attentive, kept us happy while we waited (also, we didn?t wait half as long as we normallydo, this team is quick and efficient), double and triple checked to make sure our order was correct, gave my doggy extra treats,was very smiley and had a positive attitude the entire time, and she made me smile on a day I didn?t feel like smiling! Do not online order or use the Drive Thru... I ordered a pick up sandwich 45 minutes before I intended to pick it up, and after... driving through the Drive Thru twice and waiting for 10m, I just had to walk inside (upon which I noticed 5 staff members, soI'm not sure why the Drive Thru was being ignored). When I got my sandwich, it was cold as though it was made when I placed myorder (an hour prior at this time) instead of when my pick up time was listed.
