Past 2 times my pizza and bread have been so greasy and little over cooked cardboard tasting didn't want to even eat it. I even ... gave tips both times if someone spends money I feel they should get what they paid for wouldn't recommend this location $$$ towast Read more

Absolutely totally horrible service on the managers fault. We order a pizza-wrong pizza- than tells us we need to come to the... store to get the remind? ??? I get to the store the manager is yelling and cussing at employees and telling them he doesn?t havetime for them - then they are at a lost to what to do. I?m sorry to the employees, they have to deal with that. Read more

The employees are just SO rude. Doing the bare minimum 2.5 hour before close, wouldn't let me order. The kid with the long hair... absolutely shouldn't earn a pay check. Read more

Called to ask about why the gluten free pizza can no longer be redeemed as part of the 2 topping medium carryout deal.... Previously was able to redeem this option, but it recently changed. Gluten free is only available as a small, so you can'tredeem it. You used to be able to, done it hundreds of times, including about 40 times last year. I have The receipts to provethis. So I called to ask, because as a celiac, a disability, I can only eat the gf pizza. It now costs $15 for a gf 2 toppingsmall, versus $8 for a two topping medium. Sydney started raising her voice, so I asked why she was arguing with me. Asked forthe manager. Cody came in, started shouting at me, wouldn't allow me to speak, and then repeatedly hung up on me, threatened tocall the police and report me for harassment, and banned me from Domino's. He said he was the general manager. This deeplyupsets me. I didn't shout, I didn't argue, I didn't curse, and I was being polite yet insistent about my complaint. I don'tappreciate rude and hostile behavior from this manager, Cody. I called the other Domino's location and requested contact fromDon (dawn?) the district manager, but that person chose to not contact me. So instead of spending around $1000 on Domino's pizzathis year, I will find pizza somewhere else and I will spread my experience to every available platform and let people know thatDomino's is rude, profit hungry, and not focused on customer service. I moved to Rogers from Bella Vista about a year ago. Domino?s in Bella Vista was always top tier. The people were friendly, and... they knew me. My order was always correct, etc. I can?t say enough good things about that store, and the people who work there.Fast forward to my time at Rogers. I had hoped that I would have as good of a time ordering from here, and that I would get acorrect order at the bare minimum. This couldn?t be further from the truth. My order is almost always wrong to start with. I?vegone back to this location more times than I care to admit to get my order fixed. The people were usually friendly as well. Ijust assumed that order accuracy was a struggle for them, and that they?d get better with time. At least they had the customerservice piece of it down. Fast forward to today 07/03/2022. I placed a mobile order and waited 40 minutes before the app alertedme it was ready for pick up. I drive to the store, and then head home. Being 4th of July weekend I was in a hurry, and didn?tcheck the order (my fault). I made it home, and phoned the store that they gave me a completely different pizza than the one Iordered. The guy answering my call (whomever that was) sounded irritated that I called the store to start. When I explained myissue he told me that he didn?t have time to remake a pizza today, and offered a free pizza for next time. I declined, as I waspromised a free pizza by the manager about a month ago for another order mix up (which never came), but she was nice, and Ifigured I?d give it another go. Anyway, I asked them to remake it, and the gentlemen on the phone asked to place me on hold tosee if they could accommodate remaking my pizza. After some back and forth I decided I would just like a refund, as I had, hadmany issues prior. When I explained to the guy my frustration about my order, and time spent to retrieve it myself, he cameacross argumentative, and that I inconvenienced him with my request. This Domino?s pizza is always busy - because their pizza is delicious! We stopped there yesterday because we were out and needed... a quick, inexpensive meal. I asked if they had any carry out specials, and was able to get a large hand tossed three toppingpizza for $7.99! We got pepperoni, black olives and green peppers, with extra red sauce, and it came out piping hot and loadedwith cheese. The staff were very friendly. The store was very clean. Everyone was wearing face masks. Handicap accessible. Read more
