Good food, good people. My experiences here have been good. This place hasn't been open long so of course there will be hiccups.... I know someone who works there, and they are good to their employees, which is another reason I will be a returning customer.People will complain and complain and complain keep moving and do what you do, which is serve good food and being good to youremployees! Drove 20 minutes to get Culver's from the new location in our town (Rogers, AR), because we usually love the food when we're on... the road. Wife got the Wisconsin Swiss burger. The thing was completely burnt. Like, there is absolutely no way someoneactually thought this was suitable to give to a customer. Someone burned this thing beyond eatability, and then actually gaveit to a paying customer. Read more
We stepped away from our table to look at the take home ice cream flavors and left our frozen desserts at our table. When we... came back the table had been cleaned and our desserts were gone. When asking about that at the counter, they replaced them forfree. Since they were half eaten, we all got a desert and a half. Very nice! Read more
Food was excellent, didn't have to wait very long at all. The restaurant it's self was a little cramped. But they just opened... the location so I expected that. All in all, I recommend giving it a try. They have them up north and from what I can tell, theyseem to deliver the same good food and service across the board. Read more

First time at the new NWA location. Got the patty melt. The buttery bread was good but the burger didn't have much seasoning.... Also got the cheese curds which were extremely salty. And I like salt. But overall it balanced out the lack of seasoning in theburger. I don't usually love packaged ranch but theirs was pretty decent. Will go back and try again. Plus I need to order acustard.
