The food is always good about the only thing a person could complain about is the wait, But I must say it's always worth it. So... many fast food establishments take as long or longer, and when you get the order, it's cold, or completely wrong. So all in Idefinitely recommend a visit. Read more
I have never had a bad experience here before tonight. around 9 we went through the drive through and while my friend was... ordering he had other people in the car so he was having to wait so they could figure out what they wanted. during this, thelady over the headset named Emma(figured out her name once we got to window) was very demanding and we got to the window to payand she took our payment and we asked for a water. she was nice about accommodating such a last minute item. during that shehanded us our food and my friend looked through it to we were missing a fry with a kids meal, and so he said something about itand she seemed very confused, and so while she is making the water we were showing her it wasn?t in there. she looked at us likehm you?re lying and seemed very confused again. she then tells the staff in the back and they seem like huh we didn?t forget it.she then gets us our fry and says something snarky but in a pretend nice way. the way she acted was very fake. she could havejust been trying to be nice and was genuinely confused. but she did not make us feel that way. wasn?t happy. This is the best Chick-fil-A in NWA. Amazing customer service and offers all order pickup options that a lot of other locations... like in Bentonville and Rogers have dropped (curbside pickup is an example). It?s nice to also get rewards for being a customerusing the Chick-fil-A app. This my go to location even if it?s a drive. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location toeveryone. Read more
This is the only fast food place I go to. I just hate that everyone else enjoys Chick-fil-A too so I always have a long... wait. Kind of says something about how good it is. I'm complaining about the wait because no matter how many of these locationsthey build they are always overwhelmed by people that want to eat there. Read more
Some solid chicken and good waffle fries to boot. Tore the play place up too while I was there.
Never had a bad experience with any Chick-fil-A till today. Manager on duty was a young lady who has an ugly chip on her... shoulder and made it a point to avoid providing any kind of customer service. Milkshake tasted off from the normal and we askedfor a different one and she refused and said the material cost was already spent and would not replace it even after I sharedthat the quality of the shake was not to their or my standards. I didn?t want to argue with her and left the shake for them tothrow away and left to never return again!!! Find another branch and avoid this one!!! Read more
